How our journeys work:
Our global sailing trips are designed to be at the very best times of the year for the locations. We suggest you consider both timing and our location to determine which journey is best for your group; we look forward to hearing from you.
Deposits:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The final payment will be due 90 days before departure. We accept credit card, check, and wire payments. All credit card transactions will incur a 4% credit card processing fee.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is customary in yacht charter. All gratuity are split evenly among the crew and if you are happy with your experience, we recommend 20% of the trip cost. Gratuity can be paid in cash directly, or sent via Venmo or personal check. We asked that all gratuity be paid before departing the vessel on the final day our your trip.
Cancelation policy:
We understand that things come up. In the case of a cancelation, we will do our best to rebook your dates and assist you in filling your canceled trip with your community. If we are successful in filing your trip dates, your deposit will be returned to you in full.

Q: What is included in our private charter booking?
A: Your all-inclusive fare includes three fully equipped air-conditioned staterooms with queen-size beds and private bathrooms with stand-up showers. All meals, snacks, wine, and a full bar are also included for the week with the exception of three amazing meals out at our favorite local restaurants along the way. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, and conditioner are all included onboard.
Q: How do onboard meals work and can you adapt to dietary restrictions?
A: Our Chef, Charli, prepares delicious locally sourced meals, including appetizers and desserts that fit your group’s food preferences.
Q: What type of plugs and charge ports are on the catamaran?
A: All of our vessels are equipped with multiple USB charging ports in your staterooms and in the main salon. We recommend you bring a European travel converter for charging laptops.
Q: Can I use my American hairdryer and hair curler?
A: Unfortunately not, however, we do provide European-plugged hair dryers onboard.
Q: What if I am prone to motion sickness?
A: We exclusively charter catamarans which are wide and stable, providing a very comfortable ride on the water. There are many good motion sickness medications over the counter and by prescription. Please look into what options work best for you beforehand and make sure you have the necessary supply of medication for our trip. We also have many tricks to help with motion sickness while onboard. If you are the type of person who gets very sick when on the water, let us know and we can discuss whether this trip is right for you or not.
