Our mission is to connect locals and visitors with the beauty of Penn Cove through immersive sailing experiences that inspire learning, exploration, and meaningful connection in our community.
Whether you’re an experienced sailor or new to the water, Captain Paul offers a welcoming learning environment aboard Windy, his performance trimaran.
What’s included
Personal safety equipment, course material, onboard snacks and refreshments, and customized sailing instructions to fit your skill level.
What’s not included
On-shore expenses such as meals, travel, and parking.

With extensive international sailing experience and a lifetime spent exploring the Pacific Northwest, Captain Paul offers hands-on adventures and personalized instruction aboard his trimaran Windy, the ultimate teaching vessel. Meticulously rebuilt to share the art of sailing with the community,
